interface bri 0 ... dialer group 1 ... access-list 101 deny udp any any eq snmp access-list 101 deny udp any any eq ntp access-list 101 permit ip any anyThe dialer access lists allow any IP packets, except SNMP and NTP packets, to bring or keep up the link. In other words, SNMP and NTP packets are considered to be uninteresting and are ignored.
