Condo Information : 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (sleeps 6). Total square footage is 1128. Furnishings include 1 King size bed, 2 Twins XLs, and a Full sleeper sofa. Also includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and wireless internet. The condo is a second floor unit with a swimming pool/tee shot view (#4 signature hole on the Cypress course of Arrowhead). The complex includes 3 pools (1 indoor) and an exercise room. Riverwalk is located on the intercoastal waterway and is central to many Myrtle Beach attractions including Broadway at the Beach. Downtown Myrtle Beach and the ocean are just 6 miles away.

By default, this is a guest maintained condo and the rates are discounted accordingly. Guests must clean the condo prior to departure. Cleaning the condo means leaving it in the same condition that it was found so that it is suitable for the next guest. However, we do provide a cleaning option for an additional cost. If you prefer to pay for the cleaning instead, our cleaning service charges $75 for a basic cleaning or $120 for a full cleaning which includes all linens. If you use the towels/linens that we provide, you would need to pay for the full cleaning. However, if you bring your own towels/lines then the basic cleaning will be fine.
